About
Filiz Kuskaya Mumcu graduated from Gazi University’s Department of Computer Education (Turkiye) in 2001. She earned her MA and PhD on Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Hacettepe University (Turkiye) in 2004 and 2011 respectively. Her publications on diffusion of ICT in secondary schools, obstacles of teachers’ computer usage, task related ICT usage in teaching, integrating ICT into classrooms and teaching-learning process, indicators of effective technology integration based on TPACK have appeared in scholarly periodicals. She has been working for The Grand National Assembly of Turkiye as a computer technician since 1998. She has been married with Tamer Mumcu since 1999 and has two beatiful daughters.
